Refund and Returns Policy

At Daania, your satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect each item before shipping, but if something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

✅ Eligible for Return or Replacement
You may request a return or replacement within 48 hours of receiving your order if:

  • The item was damaged during delivery. (in this case you need immediately provide proof of damaged item right after the delivery has been made)
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • There is a crafting mistake or error that occurred from our end

To initiate a return, please contact us through facebook with:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photos showing the issue

We’ll review your request and get back to you as quickly as possible.

❌ Not Eligible for Return or Refund
We do not accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after placing the order
  • You didn’t like the design after receiving the product
  • You ordered the wrong size or color

Return Request Timeframe:
All return or replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Requests beyond this timeframe may not be accepted.

How Replacements Work:
If your return is approved, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost. We may also offer a refund if a replacement is not possible.
